Clarendon Mews

Clarendon Mews has been part of our portfolio since 1999. The home is set within landscaped private grounds with ample free parking and has easy access for visitors. Set in the heart of Leicester and close to the Royal Infirmary, it is on the doorstep of many of the city’s amenities.

The building has stood here for over 30 years and has a long history of care, either privately owned or council run. Clarendon Mews has 40 single rooms, 36 of these are with en-suite toilets and/or bathrooms or shower rooms.

Our first phase of refurbishment work was carried out in 2007. We re-landscaped the gardens and refurbished the bedrooms and lounges. Now, 16 bedrooms are set aside for the NHS community service patients that use the facility for intermediate care.

The west wing houses our residential clients. Their care is overseen by a committed staff that provide a 24/7 service. We are continually improving our home to ensure that through our staff, Clarendon Mews offers high quality care for its NHS patients and care home clients
