Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes!
It is your room to furnish and to make as you wish. We have even had people want to decorate and carpet rooms in certain colours prior to moving in. We hope that you will like our decor but we respect the fact that it is your room and are delighted to help you find happiness and settle into it.

Can I bring Pets?
Yes!
Wherever possible we try to accommodate all pets. We do need to take into consideration the wishes of other residents and will talk to you beforehand about this.

Can I go out?
Yes!
You can come and go as you please, it is helpful to us though if you could let us know when you expect to return (otherwise we WILL worry about you!)

Can friends / relatives visit?
Yes!
Almost anytime as there are no set visiting times. We do ask you to try to respect the privacy of other residents with evening visits but within this you can have visitors at any time.

Can I keep my family doctor?
Yes!
Wherever possible the home will try to encourage your family doctor to continue to support you.

Can I decide what I want to do?
Yes!
You are free to do as much or as little as you like. We can and will offer activities to help you fill your day and maintain outside links and build friendships. However, it is up to you.

I normally smoke. Can I?
Yes!
Although the home, for safety and convenience reasons may have a designated area.

That's OK but what if I have a complaint, can I? and will you listen?
Yes!
Whilst every organization would love to believe that everyone is happy with them, complaints will arise. We actively welcome comments, both positive and negative. Positive because it's nice to hear that our efforts are appreciated, negative because it helps us to see where improvements can be made.
